「 Wush Wush 品種是源自衣索比亞西南部的稀有阿拉比卡品種，後來被引入中南美洲栽種。它的名稱來自衣索比亞的 Wushwush 地區，因為風味表現細緻、辨識度高，近年常出現在精品咖啡與特殊處理批次中。黑蜜處理會放大它的果香與甜感，讓口感更厚實，酸質不會太尖銳，適合喜歡水果調明顯、甜感飽滿、帶一點酒香的人。」

建議養豆期 7~10天以上，風味發展更佳。
